Our incredible Instructional Assistants recently participated in a powerful professional development session focused on the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma in the classroom.

They explored how trauma can affect student behavior and learning—and walked away with practical, compassionate strategies to support every student with empathy and care.

We’re proud of their commitment to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive!
