Greeneville High School senior Emma Light has been selected as Greeneville City Schools’ new 2026–27 Student Board Representative.
Emma is the No. 2 seed on the Lady Devils tennis team and is beginning her second year on Student Council. She also serves on the Youth Leadership Council with the Greene County Partnership.
Emma’s love of fitness has earned her multiple state and national gold medals in powerlifting. She also enjoys modeling and was featured as a paid model for Jovani in the Atlanta market.
Emma currently holds the title of Miss Kingsport’s Teen, where she participates in community service and promotes her self-published children’s book, The Bluebird Who Believed. In her free time, Emma enjoys watching movies and spending time with her cat, Paddy.
