Greeneville City Schools continue to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, achieving exceptional scores in the latest school and kitchen health inspections.
Twice each year, our school cafeterias undergo rigorous health inspections, and once again, every school cafeteria earned a perfect score of 100. This continues a long-standing tradition of excellence in our food service program.
Additionally, annual school-wide health inspections have once again yielded outstanding results, with six out of seven schools receiving a perfect score of 100 and one school earning a 98. This brings our district-wide average to an impressive 99.71 for the 2024-2025 school year.
“These outstanding scores are a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our custodial, maintenance, and nutrition teams,” said Dr. Jason Horne, Assistant Director of Schools for Administration. “Their commitment to cleanliness and safety ensures that our students and staff are in a healthy learning environment every day.”
Greeneville City Schools have a strong history of maintaining high health and safety standards, consistently earning top scores across the district in both school and cafeteria inspections year after year. This achievement highlights our continued commitment to providing a safe and sanitary environment for our students, staff, and community.
