Greeneville City Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Lindsey Weeden as the new principal of Tennessee Online Public School at Greeneville. Dr. Weeden brings a wealth of online learning experience to her new role, and we are excited to welcome her as a member of our Greeneville City Schools’ Leadership Team.
Dr. Weeden has served 13 years in the field of education, serving in various capacities including administrative assistant, adjunct teacher, full-time teacher, state testing coordinator, and graduation coordinator for Tennessee Online Public School at Bristol TN City Schools. She is known for her commitment to academic excellence, innovative teaching strategies, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. She is dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance student engagement and achievement and to providing professional development opportunities for teachers to excel in the online education environment. Dr. Weeden holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from East Tennessee State University.
