Voluntary Benefits Enrollment

For the 2025 Plan Year, American Fidelity will conduct virtual and in person meetings with employees on an individual basis to review and select their voluntary benefits.  These benefits include: Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.  In addition, they offer Disability, Accident, and Cancer policies (and several other policies not listed here).  

Enrollment for Voluntary Benefits will be announced at a later date.
